About Us

Founder Story

The past 17 years I have been in the fitness industry and trained over 300 + people. I love every day that I can wake up and realize this is a new day that I can make a difference in someone else’s life. I started as a fitness instructor, then a personal trainer at a local YMCA for 4 years. Next I managed a fitness center for 12 months. After that for 11 years now I’ve had my own personal training studio and online business. I love seeing people being transformed and living a better way of life
