My name is Joe. I am here to help you lose weight, strengthen your muscles and increase your stamina so you can be the best version of yourself.

For 13 years I was a long haul truck driver and I was obese and unhappy. Joining a gym was my first step, then it turned out to be a full-time career in the fitness industry.

My life’s mission is to help you lose weight, strengthen your muscles and to reach your full fitness potential
